Stencil vinyl may stick too but i think 651 is a cheaper.
Next use painter s tape to secure the mylar or vinyl to a stiff transparent plastic like acetate to prepare your design for cutting.
If the stencil doesn t stick to the screen fold the tape back over rub the vinyl some more then try peeling the tape again.
First with screen printing you can cut one stencil and use it to make multiple pieces.
